The Professional Quality Management Certification is designed mainly to meet the different business needs in the real workplace. The certified professional will have the necessary knowledge and practice regarding product and process quality planning, quality assurance and auditing, how to improve any process, how to control any process, how to manage quality related risks, how to integrate quality dimensions into practical project management and how to plan strategically for quality product and process into all organizational functions.
