The objective of the Professional Program in Welding Engineering is to introduce engineers to welding techniques, technologies and design. Upon completing the program, participants will be have the knowledge to they need to develop their career in this field.

WLEN 010

This course introduces participants to welding techniques, advanced joining technologies and cutting processes related to welding engineering. |
WLEN 020
| WLEN 020: Welding Design |
This course introduces participants to the subject of welding design and examines key topics related to it. |
| WLEN 030 | WLEN 030: Welding Metallurgy and Electrode Selection |
This course introduces participants to the metallurgy of welding for various types of industrial alloys. |
| WLEN 040 | WLEN 040: Welding Codes and Standards |
This course examines welding codes and standards and introduces key topics related to the documentation and qualification of welding procedures. |
